Scope: AYSO Invitational – open to all AYSO teams. The focus of this tournament is All-Star teams.
When: Saturday & Sunday, December 20-21, 2014
Fields: Tustin Sports Park (Tournament HQ) and surrounding fields
Who: Boys and Girls, U14, U12, U10, U8
Format: Pool play tournament. Each team will be guaranteed 3 games. The top teams will advance to the medal round on Sunday afternoon.
Team Entry Fee: U14: $350; U12: $325; U10: $300; U8: $250
Referee Deposit: $150, all teams.
Application Deadline: December 6, 2014 Teams submitting after this date may be accepted on a space available basis.
Tournament schedule will be posted when available.
The application must include four items:
1) Team Application Form, signed by the Head Coach and the Regional Commissioner.
2) EAYSO Team Roster signed by your Regional Commissioner.
3) The completed Referee Information Form signed by your Regional Referee Administrator (if you're not planning to bring referees, respond 'no' on the form and return it without the RRA signature).
4) A single Regional check for the total amount of the Team Entry Fee and the Referee Commitment Fee. (U14: $500; U12: $475; U10: $450; U8: $400)
